Recapitulation is a mindfulness exercise that gives access to unlocking the psycho-spiritual bind that holds past experiences in place. As an exercise that can be done in a seated position using visualization and breathing we will recount specific moments, including the location, time of day, circumstances, details of surroundings and feelings. This is an experiential exercise that will leave us with the occurrence of having a different visceral experience of the events being recapitulated. There will be less of an emotional pull and attachment to what is recapitulated, leaving one lighter, less affected and sometimes totally emotionally detached from what was recapitulated.

REIKI
Rei (Universal) Ki (Life Energy) therapy, is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on method of healing energy transference. A milder but also effective form of this type of work used in hospitals is known as Therapeutic Touch.
200 years ago while studying Buddha's teachings from the 1st century B.C. a monk believed he discovered the keys to healing. During an intense period of fasting and meditation he reached a point of enlightenment and a state of awareness that revealed practices he had long searched for.
He developed principles to aid the healee in taking responsibility for the healing rather than being inactive participants waiting for life to work and solely dependant on the practitioner.

SHAMANISM
Shamanic principles are inherent in all the work I do. After working with 2 shamans from Mexico I began teaching workshops
to introduce shamanism to beginners of that type of personal path.
For those not familiar with shamanism it is not a religion, but a conscious approach to life through practices and discipline.
I am not a shaman. I apply concepts and exercises I have learned from the shamans I worked with.
I offer deceptively simple exercises both mental and physical that can induce energy and presence of mind
to strengthen "intent" or "will" to aid in dealing with the world from power more consciously, as opposed to dealing with the world from powerlessness and being a victim.
This work involves coaching with exercises (i.e. mantras, visualization, etc.) and practices for empowerment
that may include suggestions to use and apply other modalities that I offer.

PAST LIFE READING Parties
Yes. It is true that on occasion I am asked to do readings for groups. There are options for pricing per number of people, number of readings or reduced rates per person in relation to normal rates above for individual readings
Usually a light gathering with low background music. Perhaps light drinks and snacks, with a private room for reading. Readings are meant for information to be shared for each person individually without judgment or influence of others that can keep them distracted by questions or doubts, rather than being present to the visceral reactions that can help recognize familiar patterns of feelings or experiences. In that case information meant to heal or resolve something may be overlooked. This is not meant for casual fun as many leave me surprised by the deeply personal nature of information that relates to their spiritual growth.

OTHER EVENT, PARTY OR WORKSHOP APPROPRIATE
There are a number of options for quick short use of exercises, energy work, visualizations, breath work, mantras applied or guided. Meditation, Recapitulation, Past life readings as described above, etc. Short demonstrations of Reiki can be done in 5, 10, or 15 minute increments. My "Opening The Heart Chakra" technique has proved popular and only takes 2 - 4 minutes to perform on individual recipients and is quite fascinating to observe for spiritual novices.

Accepting Requests For Absentee Healing
Reiki and Pranic Healing can both be used for absentee or long distance healing
I often use free time to send energy to individuals on a list of those needing it for various reasons when there is enough time.
Sometimes my schedule may not permit or will be limited if clients or activities have filled my day.
I may not be able to commit as much time as a normal session would take, but usually within 3
days I find appropriate time of 15 to 30 mins to send energy
